i stayed in a beautiful villa garden view. the room included a fridge and a safe at the office desk. staff were always available for housekeeping if needed.
a few trees had bats nesting, so there was some squeaking noise at times.

The resort included a lovely garden. I noticed power points were available in the cabanas near the pool, a thoughtful touch. Staff members always seemed happy to help me. The hotel has its own massage facility, so I booked a session immediately.
I did notice the housekeeper sometimes failed to collect room service food left on the balcony in a timely manner.

Terminal 21 is within a five-minute walk. Wongamat Beach is about a ten-minute walk away. The baht bus route is close, so you can access many places easily and quickly from the hotel.

The staff were friendly. They were also competent . The Caravan restaurant offered meals in the hotel. The staff always seemed very willing to assist all guests.
